About Carol
As an adult educator and certified Life Coach, Carol Anne Lee Mooney, M.S., ICCJP has spent 35 years counseling individuals, couples and families through trying times and emotions. While each case is unique, similarities exist between many and Ms. Mooney believes that many people's distress can be alleviated through education, personal development, and looking within. Those struggling with abuse, addiction and other unhealthy life situations have all been positively affected by Ms. Mooney's exceptional approach to counseling.
Freedom from the anxiety and sadness that result from negative relationships comes through accepting responsibility for the past and focusing on the future. Ms. Mooney believes that by reviewing one's past, people can learn to accept themselves for who they are, appreciate their talents, and acknowledge that they deserve happiness.
She approaches each individual with kindness and compassion, helping him or her learn who they are by evaluating their past experiences and showing them how their past shaped their present. Her goal is to assist you in realizing the highest level of self-fulfillment and help you replace your negative feelings with a positive self-image and healthy coping skills.
